How We Respond
Thread-forming screws in production
We produce thread-forming types that create the mating thread by plastic deformation rather than cutting. They generate virtually no chips, making them suitable for battery assembly where ingress into cells is a concern.
Elemental control consultation
For parts near cells, ingress of copper (Cu) and similar elements can be a controlled item. Tell us the controlled elements and acceptance levels, and we will review material selection with you from the outset.
Soft base material support
For soft materials such as aluminium and castings, thread engagement length and pitch selection are critical. Tell us the mating material and we will review it with you.
Weight reduction support
A2-70 and A2-80 high-strength grades support designs that reduce size or the number of fastening points. High-strength grades are made to order — we will review quantity and lead time with you.
